Capacity: Seats up to 35 people, 70 standing.

Additional Adjunct Space: The Tucker room space actually comprises three rooms: one large rectangular space; a comfortable rectangular sitting room separated from the main room by French doors (18ft x 12ft); and a small, fully equipped kitchen, which is available for an additional charge.

The Third Floor offers an airy gallery area overlooking the town village green. The large square configuration around the elevator at the balcony level has doors that connect into the balcony seating area.
