Video Recording Service

Must be scheduled in advance in order to guarantee staff availability

Includes:

• One (1) fixed angle, wide shot from the center of the balcony from Bolin FBC-1 camera;

• Audio imbedded, including a microphone for live sound. Feed from Midas sound board;

• Video file shared to a folder for download. Recorded in AJA HELO onto SD card.

The resulting video file will be one or two files, uncut and unedited. The resolution will be 1080p, unless otherwise requested. The bitrate may be reduced in order to keep file sizes small enough for easy transfer.

Cost: Three (3) hours minimum at $50 per hour. Expect a two-hour show to require three hours of time. This includes set up and video upload.

Details:

• If a multi camera video is desired, that can be accommodated. It may require rehearsal time, which will be billed the same. The video will be live edited, and all camera switches will be made during the live event; no changes can be made later. Multiple, single camera file recordings are not available.

• The video file can be uploaded to the COH Google drive, or another file sharing platform of the client’s preference. If using the COH Google drive, the client would need to download the file in a timely manner.

Green Room / Dressing Rooms

The green room complex is behind and below the stage. On either side, there are stairwells that go from the ground floor to green room, to the house, to backstage and the balcony. There is a large common room with couches, tables and a desk, refrigerator, microwave and coffee station. The main dressing room has a couch, sink, closets and six make-up stations. The secondary dressing room has a sink and toilet and seven make-up stations. There is a large bathroom one floor down by the stage door.
